Akut kolecystit och kolangit. Gallvägsinfektioner.

Buksmärta i höger hypokondrium, feber, ikterus (kolangit). Murphys tecken.

Ultraljud, CRP, leverprover, blododling vid feber.

Cefotaxim + metronidazol eller piperacillin/tazobaktam. Kirurgisk/endoskopisk intervention.
